Windsurf

The setup command detects Windsurf on your machine and connects it, along with any other agent it finds:

$ npx @syntica/mcp setup

Or target Windsurf alone with npx @syntica/mcp setup --agent windsurf. It adds a syntica entry to ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json and a marked Syntica section to your global rules, naming each skill and where to read it. Restart Windsurf to pick it up.

Your rules file is a document you also write in, so setup edits only its own marked section and keeps a backup of the file from before its first change. Removing the integration removes the section and leaves the rest of your rules untouched.

Then ask Cascade in your own words: "set this project up on Syntica and deploy it." The agent reads the skill it needs and drives the same tools Claude Code uses.
