How billing works
You pay upfront, per month, for the setup you choose. Nothing is metered afterwards, so the invoice is never a surprise.

Included on every plan
Connections cost nothing extra
Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Stripe, SAP: no fee per connector, no count to buy, no plan that unlocks them.
What limits a connection is a role, not a plan.
Your organisation registers its own credentials once, an administrator approves each request, and every approval covers one app in one environment.

“When can I see the prices?”
When the beta opens. Until then, the free setup is a real environment with a real web address, and nothing on this page is billed per credit or per token.
“Do the people using our apps cost anything?”
No. Seats are for the people on your team who build. The people who use what you build cost nothing per person.
“What if we start in the middle of the month?”
You pay only for the days that are left in that month. From the 1st of the next month you pay for the whole month, upfront.
“What happens when we cancel?”
Everything keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for. After that, nothing is billed again.
“What happens if we use more traffic than our bundle?”
Traffic stops instead of billing on. You get an email at 70% of the bundle, so you can choose a bigger one first.
