For consultancies and agencies

Your consultants already know what to build.

The prototype phase is where the margin goes. It doesn't have to. A good consultant can describe a solution precisely enough for a coding agent to build it. What stops them is everything around the code: a repository, a pipeline, a server, a certificate. So the work waits for developer time nobody scoped, and the idea gets smaller while it waits.

Scope it, build it, ship it: in the same week.

Your consultant works in the coding agent they already use. Syntica gives the result a URL, a certificate, secrets and somewhere to run. No infrastructure ticket, no engineering hand-off just to see whether the idea works.

The prototype phase stops being the part that eats the estimate.

What it changes commercially

No token meter inside your fixed price
The cost of running an application here is usage-based, not metered per credit or per token, so an engagement cannot quietly balloon while nobody is watching.
Show, don't specify
The conversation moves from “here is what we could build” to “here is the thing, click it.” That changes what you can win and how quickly.
Everything you build is reusable
Ordinary code in ordinary git. What you build for one client is an asset you keep, not something trapped in a vendor's runtime.
Handover is the point.

The engagement ends. The application leaves with the client.

The repository and its configuration are ordinary git: clone it and take it anywhere, without asking us. No proprietary format, no export process to negotiate, no reason for anyone to stay on our platform who doesn't want to. A packaged handover (secrets manifest and runbook included) is in development.

Most platforms treat a departing customer as churn and build accordingly. Your deliverable is the handover, so we built for that instead.

Your client's security review

They will ask what runs where, who can see the code, and how secrets are handled. There is a page written for exactly that reader: send it before the question arrives.
