Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Syntica. By creating an account or deploying an app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

The service

Syntica builds, hosts, and runs your applications on managed infrastructure. We provide environments, deployments, domains, and backups as described on our pricing page. We may improve or change features over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws when using the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to host unlawful content, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, run attacks, or otherwise abuse shared infrastructure. We may suspend apps that threaten the stability or security of the platform.

Your code stays yours

You retain all rights to your repositories and application content. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and operate your apps. Delete your app and the git repository remains untouched: clone it, move it, or self-host it.

Billing

The Free plan is free. Pay-as-you-go charges are based on the resources you run and the bandwidth you use, billed monthly. You can change or cancel at any time. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
