What we think is happening
Low-code was built on a good idea: the person closest to a problem should be able to build the solution. It never quite delivered, because what it actually offered was a constrained canvas, a runtime you couldn't leave, and licences that grew as you succeeded.
Coding agents have now delivered the authoring half of that promise, and the low-code vendors have conceded it: most of them now ship integrations into the coding agents rather than defending their own editors.
What an agent doesn't give you is somewhere governed for the result to run, and a way to hand it on. That is what we build.
What we won't do
We are for the stage where an idea becomes something real that people use: prototype, validate, prove. We are deliberately not built for scale: no autoscaling, no high availability, no multi-region, no CDN. When an application needs those, it has succeeded, and we help you move it somewhere built for that.
Everything you build here is ordinary code in ordinary version control, so leaving costs you nothing. We would rather be the platform you outgrow than the one you can't leave.
