Maternity home care

Hours, kilometres and sales, in one app.

Hippe Kraamzorg runs its team on an internal app built in Claude Code with the Syntica plugin, and running on Syntica. Next to schedules, hours and leave, it works out the kilometres and bills the products carers sell to families.

Why they built it

Maternity carers drive from family to family, and sell care products to the families they visit. Hippe Kraamzorg wanted one central place for schedules, hours and leave, with the kilometres worked out from the addresses and sales billed without extra paperwork.

For managers

Kilometres worked out for you

Carers log their hours and trips, and the app works out the kilometres from the addresses. Managers approve it all in one list, and export each month to Excel.

Sell to the families you visit

Carers record what a family bought and follow each sale to its invoice. Every approved sale also earns them points.

For managers

Checked, then billed by email

A manager reviews each sale before it is billed. After approval, the invoice goes to the family by email automatically.
